Once you add a new record on the platform, you have the option to trigger an automated email to the user's email address requesting them to sign up on the platform.

You can go to the unregistered user's record on Almabase and click the Invite <user> To Signup button as highlighted below 👇

Once you do this, they will receive an email that may look something like this 👇

When they click on the Claim account link in the email, they will be redirected to go through the registration process 👇

Once they complete the process, you can go ahead and make them an admin or approve the user so they can interact with the site.
